Delivery & Refund Policy
Last updated: May 7, 2026. This page sets expectations before Local Radar accepts broad paid self-serve traffic.
Free Snapshot
A Free Snapshot is delivered only when Local Radar finds enough useful signal from the submitted business context and visible public surfaces. It is private by default and may be delivered as a one-page summary or email-style report.
$50 Fast Audit
A Fast Audit includes human-reviewed findings, a prioritized fix list, competitor/context notes where appropriate, and implementation guidance. It does not include live site edits, ad spend, guaranteed rankings, guaranteed calls, or ongoing consulting unless separately agreed.
Review before delivery
Paid audit delivery is intentionally human-reviewed. Local Radar checks for unsupported claims, missing evidence, sensitive language, and owner-approval requirements before final delivery.
Expected timing
Launch/pilot delivery timing is manual. The target is usually within a few business days after payment and required context are available. If more context is needed, Local Radar may ask before final delivery.
Refunds
If Local Radar cannot reasonably deliver the paid Fast Audit after payment, the customer can request a refund. Refunds are not promised for completed and delivered audit work, but obvious duplicate payments or operational errors should be corrected.
Implementation work
Implementation or Fix Sprint work is separate from the Fast Audit. It requires explicit approval, access, scope, and pricing before any website changes are made.
