Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026. This page is written plainly so local business owners understand how the audit workflow handles their information.

What we collect

When you request a Local Demand Snapshot or Fast Audit, we collect the business/contact information you submit, including company name, contact name, email, website, service area, selected audit option, and notes. We may also store internal review notes, report status, payment reference IDs, and delivery status.

How we use it

We use this information to review fit, prepare private audit findings, notify the Local Radar owner, process approved paid audit unlocks, deliver reports, improve the product, prevent spam, and maintain an internal audit timeline.

What we do not do

We do not sell intake information. We do not publish real-business audit pages, send outreach, make website changes, or make public business claims from your information without approval.

Payments

Paid Fast Audit purchases are processed by Stripe. Local Radar stores payment state and Stripe reference IDs, not raw card numbers.

Email

Local Radar may send owner notifications and customer confirmations through Resend when configured. You can contact us to correct or close an audit request.

Analytics and security

The public site may use analytics, rate limiting, Turnstile spam checks, and monitoring tools. Internal workbench routes are private, noindexed, and intended for owner review only.

Retention

Audit records may be retained while a request, report, payment, or delivery follow-up is active. We can close or remove records on reasonable request unless retention is needed for operational, security, or payment records.
