Terms of Service
Last updated: May 7, 2026. These terms are intentionally plain-language and product-specific.
Audit nature
Local Radar provides directional local-demand analysis, private snapshots, and human-reviewed recommendations. Findings are practical business recommendations, not guarantees of rankings, revenue, lead volume, or platform outcomes.
Free Snapshot
A Free Snapshot is a lightweight review intended to show whether there is enough useful signal for a deeper Fast Audit. It may be declined, delayed, or scoped down if the submitted information is incomplete or not a fit.
Fast Audit
A Fast Audit is a paid mini-audit with prioritized fixes, competitor/context notes where appropriate, and implementation guidance. Delivery depends on Local Radar team review and available business information.
Owner approval
Local Radar will not publish real-business pages, send outreach, edit a website, or make sensitive claims on your behalf without approval. Claims about ratings, reviews, licensing, awards, emergency service, financing, warranties, or service area must be verified before use.
Implementation
Fix Sprint or implementation support is separate from the Fast Audit unless explicitly agreed. Implementation may require CMS, analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, domain, or other account access.
Acceptable use
Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide. Do not use Local Radar to harass competitors, publish unsupported claims, or misrepresent another business.
Third-party providers
Payments, email, analytics, spam checks, hosting, and monitoring may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, or monitoring tools.
Changes
Local Radar may update these terms as the product matures. Material operational changes should be reflected on this page before broad self-serve launch.
